After years of working in the civil construction industry, Mathieu Francoeur decided to leave his fulltime job and founded his own construction surveying company where his attention to detail and high standards would serve as a source of inspiration. Mathieu’s experience in the field since 2001 gave him an upper hand in providing exceptional service to civil contractors and cost-efficient solutions.
Site Wiz was founded in 2021 with a focus on using advanced technical tools and on-site expertise to generate accurate 3D data for use in GPS and machine control systems. Our goal is to increase productivity and reduce downtime for our clients by leveraging these capabilities. By providing reliable data, we aim to help our clients work more efficiently and effectively
Thanks to this approach, the company has been involved in several projects on Vancouver Island, Such as the Millstream Roundabout completed in 2022, The second phase of Olympic View in Colwood and several other projects locally. Our 3D oad and foundation models have been utilized by our clients for expansion projects at Brentwood Bay University, Northridge Estates in Duncan BC, Royal Bay and many other ongoing constructions sites around BC.
Today, Site Wiz is a leading service provider as the industry evolves , working alongside project managers to provide, construction surveys,drafting services, and specialized surface modelling services converting 2D drawings into highly accurate 3D models that are utilized in client owned GPS and grade control systems, from all the industry leading brandssuch as: Leica™,Topcon™, and Trimble™

Site Wiz Technical Services specializes in construction, technical, and engineering surveys. Surveys involving property boundaries, property disputes, or as outlined in the Land Surveys act of BC are performed under the supervision of a BCLS through a system of referrals and Sub-contracting agreement
